Not sure whether I can post this but am really confused how and what to choose exactly..

I purchased this dress in max fashion. I feel little uncomfortable with sleaveless and the material is soft sticks tight to my skin.

So I was planning to get a black turtle neck t-shirt or something to make it look presentable.. Can anyone suggest good match for this dress Pls?
