Now I am in third trimester. I suffer from gas formation. It gives so much trouble to me. What can I do to relief from this problem..?

hi gayatri also be sure to walk every evening. i too had lot of gas and for a non gassy person that is no fun! i stopped eating farsan/namkeens and got healthy snacks made at home to deal with always hungry me :)

Please boil ajwain in water and allow it to cool and drink that water regularly..gastric will be reduced. Even you can chew ajwain seeds (carrom seeds), or jeera. Avoid spicy food and eat small quantities in regular intervals.
