Dear friend, the moment your baby was conceived, it's gender, colour of the skin, looks, height, etc. was all sealed. Health and genetics props are so diagnosed during pregnancy. All the tests these days will be able to scan your baby's development and will inform you if there is an issue. So, worrying about it will only make it worse for you and the baby. Your role as a mom and parent will be to give a healthy life with appropriate nutrients. At this time, your baby needs you to take care of yourself for it to grow well. Please do that and spend a wonderful time in your life by resting and eating healthy.

Such fears are natural and all mothers feel this at some point or other. Try to stay positive and read a few good books. Eat healthy and take proper rest. The more positive you would stay, more healthy your baby would be. Try to meditate. When such thoughts disturb you, divert your mind. Listen to soft music or go for a walk in the garden.

It is natural as a first time expectant mother to have such fears. Wanting the best for your baby is natural. Normally if your diet is deficient the baby will be able to pull from the reserves of your body which will compromise your health. Please focus on eating all foods as this will help not just your baby but yourself and over all Pregnancy well being.
