It's best to consume natural sources of protein & omega 3 than consume supplements. Prefer a healthy balanced diet eating every 2-2.5 hours. If you are a vegetarian, consume lots of dals, pulses, dairy products, dry fruits, green leafy vegetables, fruits, cereals like oats, jowar & naachni. Legumes - lentils, peas, beans, chickpeas, soybeans & peanuts. If you are a non vegetarian, you could add eggs and fish to the above list. Rich source of omega 3 in particular is walnuts, soybeans, eggs, cauliflower, canola oil, spinach. Also as suggested above, before you take any supplements, take your doctors advice & get your self checked for deficiencies Quick tip - Natural is best!

supplements are only needed if you have a deficiency otherwise they can be toxic or useless. get a blood test first.
