Now my baby is 2.5 months old & I am still not feeling well... i have lots of  back and leg pain

I can't even stand for more than 5 min.

what can I do?

plz take iron n calcium supplements ..with healthy food as nazima told ... one more importent thing is to sit n walk in proper posture at this tym .. amd avoid sit regularly..

hi gayu,are u taking Ur iron and calcium supplements ? if not consult Ur doctor to prescribe. eat nutritious n healthy food along with milk.please correct Ur posture while feeding Ur baby ,do not bend much take the support of pillows and take adequate rest ,do not strain urself .take care all will be <u>fine</u>

Back pain, can be a result of many things, bad posture being one of them... try to identify the cause of it, maybe a physiotherapist could help you...
