I would u lyk to share some nutrition tips of my kitchen....

*Include vegetable soup (lauki, beetroot ,pumpkin ,tomato,palak) in our meal twice a week....

*Include fruits n salads in my dialy routine...

*Include sprouts in my brkfast twice a month..

*start a day with lukewarm water...

*Avoid chinese foods n street foods specially in rainy season....

*for ladies - jaggery with peanut is must...
