Avoid eating anything solid heavy two hours before you sleep at night. Towards evening our digestion slows now so does our metabolism. Eating heavy meals for dinner will mean putting on more weight and cause gas formation. Eat light dinners and after two hours drink a glass of warm cows milk and sleep. You will never sleep this better :) Start tonight! #keepitlight
