#NutritionWeek#Day3 Children tend to mirror what they observe at home. If you want your children to enjoy veges and fruits, show them the same. Be a role-model. When you enjoy and have a regular intake of veges and fruits children do that as well. Inform the kids about the specific benefits. For eg - bananas are high in potasium, they help curb growing pains. my son doubled his banana intake after i shared this with him.
