But don't go on a guilt trip because you stirred away from normal. Get back on track the next day. We are humans after all. If we don't indulge our taste buds, what is the point of living! Of course I indulge sometimes. I can't imagine a life where I never eat (regular, non-modified) pizza, cake, or wine again. I don't eat those things all those times but I wouldn't want to try to eliminate them completely.<br>
