Hello ladies,
Our yoga guru cum weight loss mentor momstar Aditi Manja is currently on a social media detox so she shared some tips that worked for her with me and asked me to post them for her. She also said she misses all of you and will be back soon!
So here goes -
"Never skip a meal. I always try to have 6 to 7 small healthy meals in a day. This ensures that I keep hunger pangs at bay by including salads, dry fruits, threptin biscuits, sprouts, buttermilk and milk."
