Ragi is rich in calcium, iron and fibre and also better energy content than other cereals.. so in short its wholesome in itself..  healthy for both kids as well as adults..

My son loves dosas so when I am running out of time this is what I do make RAGI DOSAS..
* one cup ragi flour

* one tbsp curd

* one medium finely chopped onion

* finely chopped coriander leaves

* salt and littler chilly powder..

* little grated coconut (optional)
Mix all ingredients well and add water to get required consistency.. let it rest for 15-20 min..

Make dosas and serve with chutney or put ghee on top of it for kids..
