INGREDIENTS
1 egg yolk
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon oats
½ teaspoon almond powder
METHOD
1) In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolk and mashed banana.
2) Add milk to it slowly, whisking to get a lump free mix.
3) Transfer the mix to a sauce pan and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
4) Add oats followed by almond powder and stir well.
5) Cook the custard for another 2-3 minutes, taking care that it does not catch the bottom.
6) Serve warm.
