Oats Pav bhaji cutlets

1cup grinder oats and poha
1cup bhaji (leftover Pav bhaji)
1 slice bread crumbs
Salt, red chilli powder, ajwain as per taste

Mix all ingredients properly and let it rest for 30 minutes. Make cutlets and cover with powdered bread crumbs for crispness. Deep fry till golden brown.. enjoy with ketchup or green chutney...
