Ingredients: 1) Oats flour 2) Rolled Oats 3) Boiled potatoes 4) Grated Carrot 5) Salt 6) Black Pepper 7) Milk Procedure: Mix oats flour, potatoes, carrot, salt and pepper in a dish to make tikki. Dip the tikki in milk and then in rolled oats, so they stick on tikki properly. Shallow fry these tikkis in a pan till they turn golden brown and serve them with toddler friendly tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
