On the onset of each summers I relish this tasty treat made of raw mango. This is a yummy chutney which you can relish with chapatis as well as daal rice.

Cleanses blood, improving its quality and maintain good health.
Helps detoxify the body.

Ingredients:
1. Finely chopped onions - 2 medium
2. Finely chopped raw mango - 1 large
3. Jaggery
4. Seasoning to taste (Salt, Red chilli powder, Roasted cumin powder)

Method:
Mix the above said things in a bowl and give it a rest for about 30 minutes so that the jaggery dissolves.

P.S.
Variation 1: put everything in a grinder and grind it to a paste (actual version of chutney)
.
Variation 2: skip onions and you can instead add a little more chilli powder or 1 small bhaavnagari chilli which is less spicy to it.
