To help prevent nausea/morning sickness, you should:

1) Skip breakfast
2) Eat something light before getting out of bed
3) Eat every one to three hours and eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.
4) Eat cold foods more often
5) Have ginger tea, ginger capsules, or chew on a small piece of this extremely helpful spice
6) Have plenty of fluids (3-4 litres) to avoid dehydration
