Paratha are a great food for babies. I make soft paratha and chapatis, tear it into small pieces and give yaachu a small piece in his hand. He will slowly eat it. Potato chappathi
Ingredients Potato Wheat flour Coriander leaves Water Salt Ghee
Method Boil potato and mash it well. Add salt and chopped corriander leaver to it and mix well. To this mixture add wheat flour and knead to get a soft dough. roll it into thin paratha.
Put it in hot tawa and cook on both sides till done. Apply ghee as needed.
