Perfect Women?
What exactly makes a women perfect?
That she is a perfect daughter/sister?
That she is a perfect professional?
That she is a perfect wife?
That she is a perfect daughter-in law/sister-in-law?
That she is a perfect mother?
Actually, we, the women can not say that we are perfect. Others, who belong to us will tell us that we are perfect or not. Right?
A daughter is perfect until she is up to mark according to their elders wish. Once, you stand for yourself to persue your career in fashion designing, and they wanted you to be a doctor. At that time only, you will become stubborn and disobedient girl for them who doesn't want to keep her father's respect. She will be labeled as a imperfect daughter.
A perfect professional want to take leave from office to attend the family wedding of her cousin sister who is her childhood friend, with whom she shared her whole life. She want to become special part of her wedding. Boss scold her saying you are not professional taking leave for just a wedding. She faces issues in appraisal for just that wedding. She is not a perfect working woman.
A wife is not perfect if she expect any help from her husband after coming home from office. Wife can be perfect only if they do cooking, cleaning, laundry, kids upbringing, in-laws care? Every wife expects help whether she is a working or not. Staying at home is not that easy, so much work has to do to make the husband, in-laws and kids life easier. But we are not perfect. Whether we are working, stay at home parent or housewife, we are not perfect.
Now, coming to the perfection role of daughter-in-law, mother-in-law and sister in law. It is 90% imperfection of womanhood. Lots and lots of debates can be done on this imperfection. Whether we are nanand/bhabi or we are saas/bahu, we are not perfect.
Kids when grown up to their teen, we will become imperfect for them too. Why? Because we are old fashioned. They started compare their moms with their friend's mothers. Her mother gives her independence to shop her own, you making me dependent on you. Or, His mother shop for him, how caring she is, but mom you never shop for me, always just give me money to do my own. You are not perfect mom in any case. Yes, they will realize it later, But at once in life, we are imperfect for them too.
Women is just perfect to give birth.
Rest, she is not perfect at all. Its a worst reality because we are perfect in ourselves but not for others. Not for men and not for other women.
Still, we are proud women !!!
