medication fr cough n cold should be avoided fr children under 2 yrs. esp this young pls try to restrict. try all home remedies n give paracetamol fr fever. the redness cud b  a part of the disease...pls get it examined.

my baby have a cough n cold.. fever....he get also red face while he having a fever.

As it is as per baby weight better call up doc once and ask
