Planning to travel with your baby? Here’s something that you need to know. Motion sickness is a condition seen in many in which one experiences nausea, upset stomach, vomiting, fatigue, dizziness, and cold sweat.
When it comes to babies, it’s not possible for them to explain or tell you what are they experiencing. For the same reason as parents, you have to be careful and look out for symptoms like babies turning pale, having cold sweat, crying, fussiness, yawning, and loss of appetite (sometimes).

To prevent this, make sure you follow these tips:
Try planning to travel during your baby’s nap time.
Try taking frequent halts.
Make sure there is a flow of fresh air all the time while traveling.
Avoid keeping your baby’s stomach empty as it can contribute to and trigger motion sickness too.
Avoid giving fruit juices and acidic food to your baby while and before traveling.
Keep your baby busy by showing her out of the window or playing with her/him.

Try these tips next time you plan to travel with your baby to make the trip fun and comfortable for you as well as your baby.
