If possible then you continue breastfeeding till 2 years. It will be good. But if you want to stop breastmilk then before start cow milk or other formula milk, you can consults your pediatrician. Breast milk is the best but if you have weaned off the baby then you can look for a formula which is close the breast milk. My sil had similar issue and our pediatrician suggested Aptamil GOLD
