hi Ritu,six month baby needs only two meals one in morning time and other at evening or you can give. before 4pm. you can start with veggies and fruits -peer,banana,papaya,apple,sweet potato,carrot as ths are less allergic in nature ,always check 3 days before introducing new food , one by one start introducing and once settled yoh can give one fruit ,one veggie, or rice,brown rice or ragi. after fruits and veggies go with cereals . try porridge . read articles on baby chakra recipes are here.and also diet chart is there for idea...happy weaning :)

basically once u start weaning foods dont feed more than 2 small meals a day. one fruit. one porrige/<u>khichadi</u>
