jaundice in babies need to be evaluated depending upon physiological and pathological so if at the time of pregnancy you had suffered severe itching and also the liver enzymes for high then these have affected the baby's development and these are seen in babies blood I will advise you to not to worry and talk to your gynecologist about sun light therapy of phototherapy which will help decrease the bilirubin level
