Hi mommy 
U don't have to feed for two hours, y should u strain so long. Feed for twenty minutes, ten minutes each side... If ur baby is well fed they sleep atleast for two hours also if the pee count is six to seven times, it's a good sign as well. Use post delivery belt to have stomach support n back support, it helps a lot
