Not necessary.it depends on various factor. Baby's birth weight. It will be decided at labor.

Its not compulsary totally depend on situation. However it is giving birth is more important so dont think much enjoy it.

Don’t think much about this, this is not necessary for everyone to have cut that depends upon various factors like baby’s head is big or baby is not able to come out, as longer time in that phase can cause suffocation to baby. This is usually decided at that time only, if you are concerned about it then discuss with your doctor like when they actually use that technique and how can you help to avoid it. I too was concerned about it but then I preferred talking to my doctor directly about it. Don’t take stress and enjoy this phase
