Pls suggest some postnatal exercises... I hv become very huge n my Tummy hs also came out.. Delivered 1 and half month back... Normal delivery..

Hi Sony... Please start walking as n when you get tm.. Exercise you can start after few months... You should wear a tummy tightening belt provided by doctors or body shaper for few months... That shapes the Tommy post delivery... N to start with, you can start with little yoga and cardio after 3 to 4 month and follow good healthy diet...
