My consulting doctor recommended not to have anything that is preserved since it has preservatives which can cause hormonal fluctuations. As for having fresh juices, he recommended only home made considering the hygiene issues with restaurants. It will be great if you consume fresh fruits daily, since it is loaded with fibers and absolutely necessary since you can't afford to be constipated in your pregnancy. Hope this <u>helps</u>

Hey on a daily basis I don't think so it's good ..Kabhi Kabhi fine..<br> Try to take fresh juices seasonal fruits especially..
