are you keeping him completely bare or putting any shorts or underwear? it seems to be a sensitivity to the fabric or the fabric is getting wet with pee and so causing rashes. try and use cloth diapers they are free from chemicals and so safe for baby. it is important to keep baby private areas free from pee/ poop. any episode of pee or poop needs to be changed and cleaned immediately.

pls stop wearin nappies for&nbsp; some time ..use cloth&nbsp; instead.&nbsp; u can apply nappy rash cream ...even coconut oil wil help...change diaper wen full or at regular intervals... pls show a doctor...
