One day diet; will not make so much <u>o</u>f difference in BM supply . Don't worry things will be fine ..pack banana , apples , and other fruits .. you can take any other dry things; which you were having on a regular basis , even dry; fruits .carry vegetable juice and fruit juice packets ..will help ..<br>
