Pistachios and few pomegranate for garnishing optional
Method
👉First grind the pomegranate seeds in a mixer jar.Then sieve the juice to get rid of any crushed seeds.
👉Chop few pistachios and save rest for garnishing.
👉Now in a big mixer bowl add yogurt, pomegranate juice pistachios cardamom and sugar.Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk or add all ingredients in blender
👉Now you will see that froth has formed on the top of the lassi and that's the correct stage. Pour into; glass.
👉Garnish with crushed Pistachios and few pomegranate seeds.
