Pregnancy Can Be Smooth Without Much Heck. Here's How! ?
While there are a lot many pregnancy books and Google material that could aid you through the journey, I have discovered some basic ways to remain happy and healthy during pregnancy. Of course this is for those who haven't been advised special precautions and these aren't back burning or money burning tios either.
1.Tone your thinking first.; Don't give in to the filmy trick that you will be craving coz you are pregnant. I barely craved. Have everything in small portions at times, instead of shutting out something that you used to love!;
2.Ensure you have an hour of calm each day.; Away from hubby,; family and whosoever. It will keep your stress under check.
3. Stop researching about how giving birth is.; I never bothered to see any video or read up delivery details till date.
4. Interact with yourself to see what changes need to be done in your room,; life and nature IN general to accommodate the new life!
5. Stop restricting yourself based on myths. if you have the strength and Mood to go out, do so and enjoy.
6. Don't make pregnancy all about the child.; demand attention and splurge on yourself too. #pregnancymustknow #pregnancy #tips #kolkatamoms #babychakramoms
