Pregnancy can bring some niggling complaints but many times these are normal. Here are some common complaints and quick home remedies :
1. Lower back pain - related to your posture, sit talk, push your shoulders back and place a small pillow in the small of your back.
2. Nausea - happens due to hormonal changes, eat small meals, and ensure that you have a dry carb every couple of hours to help the stomach absorb the acids.
3. Leg cramps - mainly at night due to slower circulation, drink plenty of fluids and avoid sitting or standing in one position for long.
4. Swelling - Also known as fluid retention, ensure that you visit the doctor for a blood pressure check as this can happen due to hyper tension.
