Pregnancy will be one of the most memorable days for ever mom. During these 9 months their thoughts and experiences everything will be concerned to their coming little baby who is going to see this wonderful world with different creatures. So to make baby in the womb healthy, mom's should have healthy food.
Here I'm sharing some of my experiences and things that I have seen or taken.
As soon as I have come to know that I have conceived my food schedule was changed.
I started eating only homemade foods.
Dialy two times milk. Take diary products like milk, curd, and cheese. It is good for baby bones rich in calcium.
Having a boiled egg dialy.
Having breakfast early like dosa, idli, chapathi, roti, Pongal, vada, veg upma etc.
Fresh homemade fruit juice at 10 - 11am. and a fruit.
Then in lunch you can have rice dal rasam curd and vegetables, bisibelbath, biryani
Two times a week non veg.
Then around 3 o clock take coconut water and some fruits.
Evening snacks as fruits, any salads, groundnut laddoos, boiled chick peas, urad dal laddoos, sprouts, and some other items which ever are delicious and homemade and with nutrient values. Better try to eat what all you like and prefer to eat. After delivery you cannot have all because you should be concerned for baby as you will breastfeed baby.
Night time as usual like lunch but take it early. Don't be so late. By the time you go to bed there must be time gap of atleast two hours. Try to take all coloured vegetables in your diet dialy as they are rich in fibre.
Your dialy diet should include proteins food like cheese, egg, paneer, nuts, fish, meat, beans, lentils etc.
You should also take whole grains like chapathi, multigrain chapathi, ragi millets. You can plan accordingly. Avoidable things
Don't skip or fast meals during your pregnancy.
Don't take junk foods or spicy foods.
Dont take foods from outside. Have a good food and best sleep.
