Pregnancy indeed gives us a lot of things including those extra pounds. Isn't it?
Weight loss is expensive! Do you feel weight gain is a problem post pregnancy? What if a small pack of nutrition could get you back in shape?

Guys ....i have put on 5 kgs after delivery...i dont eat junk food and do all household works...dont know the reason...any suggession....now ma baby is 11 months old vl it work now if u use abdominal belt??

Breastfeeding helped loose weight..chores related to baby and home helped she'd those killos and eating right and lots of fluids intake helped
