Pregnancy is the most beautiful phase in women’s life. But it brings so many changes. Apart from a hectic schedule with the baby, it brings body changes. Stretch marks are one that every woman suffers from, belonging to every age group. I am writing some home remedies that can minimize the appearance of stretch marks. 1)Apply fresh lemon juice for 10 minutes and rinse it off with warm water.
2)Mix cucumber juice & lemon juice. Apply it for 10 minutes and rinse it off with water.
3)Rub the starch from the potato on the affected area. Let it dry and then wash it off.
4)Massage with olive oil into the affected area. Leave it for 30 minutes. Clean it with a wet towel.
5)Directly rub Aloe Vera gel on the affected skin area for 20 minutes. Rinse the skin with lukewarm water.
6)Apply Vicks Vapor rub and massage for two minutes. Cover the area with the cling wrap and leave this on overnight.
7)Mix the baking soda with the lemon juice to form a paste. Apply for 20-30 minutes, wrap in cling and wash with warm water.
8)Mix the turmeric with the cream or yogurt to form a paste. Apply this on the stretch marks for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
9)Take a Vitamin E oil capsule, Cut open the capsule to extract the oil. Apply this on your stretch marks and massage for few minutes. Leave it on.
