#Pregnancy Stories- Making my own Pregnancy Experience a pleasant one. During Pregnancy a woman’s body undergoes a number of changes – and many of these changes aren’t always pleasant. ✨For morning sickness - Keep crackers, dry cereal, or dry bread beside your bed. Eat a small amount slowly in the morning before you get out of bed. ✨Eat every 2 hours small meals, fruits, healthy snacks to avoid acidity & heartburn. ✨Drink 3-4 liters of water for optimum kidney and liver functions for both you and the baby, also to help ease constipation and fatigue. ✨Listen to your body. Avoid the temptation to work late or take on extra responsibilities. ✨As the baby gets bigger, it will become harder for you to find a comfortable sleep position. Use pillows on either side to support your belly & between your knees. ✨As your baby grows, change in posture causes varying degrees of backache in pregnancy. Watch your posture through the day.
