Eat more vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water. Every night mix 1 tsp of gulkand in warm milk and drink. You will get relief.

take fibre rich foods. have green vegetables like spinach. paalak will help u a lot. Drink warm water too. if it's so severe talk 2 ur <u>doct</u>

Hey jasmeet.. If its severe pls talk to ur doc.. She will prescribe u some stool softenerr..apart from that... U need to chng ur diet for this a bit.. Pls follow below.. It has helped me.<br>
Have one tbsp of isbagol wid milk or juice before goin to bed..; Hv 1tbsp of flax seeds...hv 4 to 5 prunes daily..; Drink min 4 to 5 ltrs of water.. Also spinach is must for u..All these hv high fibre contents..apart from this hv walnut n almonds.. <u>Drink</u> warm water in d morning when u get up.. Hope it helps.. ☺️
