PROTIN LADOO** NO; SUGAR....NO JAGGERY.... WE CAN'T THINK RECIPE OF LADOO ,, MAKING WITHOUT SUGAR OR JAGGERY... but ; u can try this yummy , very healthy ladoos for u n kids too ... RECIPE: Heat ghee on a pan..
add walnut,cashue, apricot nd pista...
saute it..
turn of flame..
when become cool , make fine powder of it..
in another pan, take sm ghee on flame
add dates, raisin nd dry figs..saute it
then crush it....
mix everything nd add some ghee if requite...
Then,, make ladoo of it.. if kids like chocolate flavour then ,, take coco powder on double boiler,,
when melted ,, add above all things nd add coconut powder..(optional) make ladoo of it.. if u want some more sweetness,
u can add honey ..
but.. no sugar or jaggery☺ Enjoy this natural sweetness nd give daily to ur kids🤗🤗
