Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients :
1.Cubed Pumpkin - 1 cup washed , chopped and peeled
2.Onions - 2 tbsp finely chopped
3. Water - ¾ cups

Preparation :
1. Dice the chopped pumpkin into cubes. Finely chop onions
2. In a pressure cooker, put 1 tsp oil, add onions and pumpkin. Give a quick stir.
3. Add water and Pressure cook everything together for two whistles in medium low flame.
4. Grind the pumpkin in a blender, keep some water to maintain liquid consistency.
5. Serve the soup warm! and feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
