hi ramya. painless vaccines are known to have lower efficacy than painful vaccines hence most pediatricians recommend painful over painless. association of painless vaccines and autism is a topic that has been debated multiple times but there yet no scientifically proven study to show the same.

Yes it was initially banned by WHO and now in India also. I heard that it is not able to protect humans from infection in the long run. Easy replacement is there but not painless.
