Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup chickpea soaked for 6 hours and boiled
1 bowl red,yellow and green bell pepper
1/4 cup baby corn blanched
1/4 cup French bean blanched
1/4 cup broccoli blanched
1 cup cabbage finely chopped
1/4 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
1/4 cup coriander finely chopped
1/4 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup crushed sesame seeds + peanuts
1 tbsp green Chilli paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry ginger powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
Salt as per taste
Oil

For garnishing
Chopped cucumber
Chopped tomatoes
Basil leaves

Method
--Wash quinoa add 3/4 cup water and give one whistle
--Slow the flame for 5 minutes and cut the flame
--After the cooker cools down take out quinoa in bowl keep aside
--Now in a pan take oil add green Chilli paste, celery and saute for 1 to minutes
--Add bell peppers,baby corn,French beans, broccoli and cabbage
--Add sesame+peanut powder
--Saute for one minute
--Add boiled chickpeas
--Add salt,dry ginger powder, cumin powder, salt,lemon juice,sugar,mint leaves,coriander leaves and basil leaves(basil should not be chopped before as it turns black )
--At last add quinoa and mix it with light hand
--Serve hot with cucumber and tomatoes
