Ragi Powder - 1/4 cup Ghee - 2 tbsp Jaggery Powder - 1/4 cup (1 year +) Hot Water - 2 cups Milk - 1 cup Fried Nuts - to garnish To soak and puree : Raisins - 10 Dates - 5 Almond - 2 Cashew - 2 Method Take all the ingredients mentioned under "To soak and puree". Put all of it in a bowl and add hot water and soak it for about 10 minutes and puree with minimum water. Take a thick bottom pan or a nonstick pan and add ghee. Once hot add all chopped nuts as needed. I've used almonds, cashew-nuts, and raisins. Fry it until golden brown and keep aside in a bowl. In the same pan add little ghee followed by Ragi Powder and roast it for about 2-3 minutes until you get a nice aroma. Add hot water little by little and mix it lump free using a whisk. Cook it for 2 minutes. Add milk followed by the blended dry fruits and nuts puree and allow the mixture to boil on medium flame. Add fried nuts and raisins, mix and serve immediately for those who like it hot. It tastes best when served chilled, so you can refrigerate it before serving. Ragi Kheer / Payasam or Finger Millet Pudding is ready to be served. #bbcreatorsclub#creatorsclub#winterrecipe#winterrecipes#poshankaplate#eeshaanlife#eeshaanmom@Khushboo Chouhan
