Rainy season means getting drenched while playing with paper boats...

It even means splash and some puddles in muddy waters...

While we came all wet home back my mama or dadi or badi mama would make this ghee loaded and hot sheera to eat..

Ghee is good to eat even though you are dieting and my dadi used to say it's much needed after post pregnancy..

She used to say that it helps to strengthen the body and loose the pains of delivery..

Little bit ghee doesn't harm..

But it's better to ask your gynecologist or lactation expert before consuming it...

She even said that it helps cleaning the uterus of women who delivered when given during lactation period...

Sharing here a simple receipe..
Ghee 1cup

Water 3cup

Sugar 1cup

Wheat flour 1cup
Method

Heat a kadhai and when heated add ghee to it..once heated add atta and mix thoroughly till it changes colour and the flame will be low...Now add sugar and mix vigorously..add water from one hand and from other mix so that no lumps are formed...

Let it cook till the desired consistency..

Serve hot with salted makhana, papad, Ajwain mathari etc....

.

.

Please do ask your doctor if you can eat ghee or not as many doctors say no to ghee when delivered through csec....
