👉WHAT ARE REITS? REITs are investment vehicles which hold real estate properties. In layman's terms, they're like mutual funds for real estate.

👉 ARE THEY SAFE? REITs are similar in volatility to stocks, so you should not expect stable prices. They fluctuate in value, but in a growing economy, you can expect that over the long run, your REIT investments will do well

👉 WHEN TO INVEST? Invest in a REIT whenever you have surplus money. Timing the REIT markets accurately is virtually impossible.

As long as you invest for the long term, you shouldn't be bothered about short term fluctuations.
