Rainbow Salad ,as the name tells itself that it is a coloured salad made with combination of fruits n vegetables which is very healthy n tasty too. Ingredients
🌈 Carrots grated(one cup)
🌈Pomegrante seeds (one cup)
🌈Broccoli chopped(one fourth cup)
🌈Apple diced(one cup)
🌈Moong sprouts(one cup)
🌈Green Capsicum(one fourth cup)
🌈Red Capsicum(one fourth cup)
🌈Yellow Capsicum(one fourth cup)
🌈Tomato diced (one cup)
🌈Onion diced(one cup)
🌈Boiled Sweet Corn(one cup)
🌈Cucumber diced(one cup)
🌈Cheese diced(one fourth cup)
🌈Salt per taste
🌈Black pepper per taste
🌈Curd(one serving spoon)
🌈Tomato sauce(one serving spoon)
🌈Lemon juice as per taste
Now chop all ingredients.Take a bow.Put all chopped ingredients in it.Add some salt,black pepper n refined oil,curd,tomato sauce n few lemon drops in it n mix them well.Enjoy the tasty Rainbow Salad.U can add vegetables n fruits of ur own choice.
U can also enjoy the salad in another way.Take a lijjat papad,heat it n make a cone.Put the mixture in that cone.Garnish it with some curd,tomato sauce n few leaves of coriander
