Ragi Dosa 🍪
Ingredients:
1 cup ragi flour or finger millet flour

1/4 cup medium rava,

1/4 cup rice flour,

1 tbsp finely chopped curry leaves,

1/2 tsp cumin seeds,

Salt as per your taste2 cups water (little more or less depending on flour quality)2 tsp cooking;

Optional: 1 onion,1 carrot finally chopped.
Method:

Mix all the ingredients and keep the batter for 30 min.

To make raagi dosa we have to pour the dosa batter on the hot pan and it will spread on its own. Just like how we make neer dosa;or rava dosa. Before making each raagi dosa, stir the batter very well with the ladle.

Cook both the side for 5 min, add oil and cover with lid.

Serve it with chutney or sambar. #nesting
