Recipe of BROCOLLI SOUP:-
Ingredients:-
1 bunch of Broccoli
1 Onion
¼ Cup Milk
Salt according to your taste
Black Pepper according to your taste
½ tbsp Butter
1 spoon of chopped garlic
Method:-
Take sliced broccoli & onion in a cooker. After 2 whistles, let it cool for 10 mins. Use a blender and blend all the vegetables .Further strain these vegetables in a separate pan to give a nice boil. In this pan, add little crushed black pepper, salt according to your taste...Further add little milk to this soup...
In another pan, add little butter and very little oil so that butter doesn’t burn...To this add little chopped garlic. Cook till garlic turns golden brown.
Add this to your 1st pan and let it boil for 10 mins & serve it fresh with garlic bread...
