Recipe of Dahi tikhari( masala curd)

its very easy n quick

just 3 minutes give a very different taste of curd ..

* take fresh creamy curd in a bowl

*add salt, chilli powder

*add dhaniya jeera powder nd finely chopped chilli n coriander

* if curd is sour then add some sugar

*mix it slowly with spoon, otherwise it becomes buttermilk☺

now heat half spoon oil

add mustard and cumin, when crackle add hing nd curry leavs nd saute for 5 seconds at low flame

then pour it on curd nd mix slightly

its ready...

enjoy with chapati, poori, thepla , paratha ...
