RECIPE of Pav Bhaji is; here... roast bread with ghee both side..nd chopped salad.. bhaji method*** first of all to make bhaji... *Take chopped vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, potato, bringal, peace, etc.in a pressure cooker for 5 whistles( add salt in veg)... u can add beetroot too, if u like more red colour nd diffrnt taste)
i hv not added here.. *then crush it very nicely
*now heat oil ( for 2 bowl mashed veges , take 1 cup oil)
*add finely chopped onions..saute it.2 min.
*add chopped tomatoes
saute it.2 min.
*add ginger garlic chilli; paste..saute it.
*now add mashed vegetables..
add haldi, mirchi powder, salt, pav bhaji masala and mix well
*again saute.when .oil is seeing free from sabji..its ready..
