Ingredients: Lemon 2 Chicken 1 cup Curd 2 spoon Green chilly 1 Salt, red chilly powder, garam masala,pepper powder as per taste Turmeric half spoon Ginger & garlic 1spoon Soya sauce & tomato chilly sauce 2 spoon Coriander/mint leaves
Method: Mix chicken cubes, ginger paste, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric, lemon juice,curd and keep for marinating for 30min.
Add little oil to the hot pan, fry chopped ginger and garlic. Cut 1 full lemon into small pieces, remove seeds and add in it.(this gives very nice taste as a pickle) When ginger garlic begins to smell good, & lemon turn soft, add onions, green chilly and salt.
Add marinated chicken along with lemon juice. Turn down the flame to low, Stir and fry till the chicken is half cooked.
Sprinkle garam masala & Pepper powder & cook for 2 min.
Pour soya sauce, tomato&chilly sauce & cook till the chicken is soft cooked.
Add finely chopped pudina/mint leaves or celery/coriander for garnishing. It not chicken, can try it with baby corn, mushroom,gobbi or potato!! Taste good with dosa, idli , chapati, paratas and rice.
